  • Founder, Owner, Sound Healer, Reiki Master

    Amy Hudson is the founder and owner of The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, a space dedicated to holistic healing in Lexington, KY. With a deep passion for sound healing and Reiki, Amy has spent years refining her craft, blending the power of sound with Reiki to create an immersive, healing experience.

    Her journey into sound healing began in 2018 at a retreat, where a brief yet powerful moment with a crystal tuning fork, guided by practitioner Nicole Casteel, activated her Heart Chakra. This experience opened a spiritual path that led Amy to establish The Sound Healing Center of Lexington.

    Driven by the vision of creating a sanctuary for healing, Amy has carefully crafted a space where individuals can rest, recharge, and reconnect with their inner selves. She believes that sound is not just a tool but a gift—a way to meditate, process emotions, and find grounding in life’s challenges. Amy shares this gift with others through her work at the center, offering a space where healing is a right, not a privilege.

  • Sound Healer, Professional Handpan Player

    In the summer of 2017, Pete's heart led him to explore Rav Vast steel tongue drums. He specifically resonated with a drum in the scale of B Celtic Minor. Little did he know at the time, it would prove instrumental in his healing journey after a major health scare that fall. 

    Post-recovery, Pete's focus shifted towards meditation and embracing the present moment. His first drum played a crucial role in this process. Subsequently, in 2018, while battling depression, he was guided to yet another drum while spending time in the woods. At each juncture since that initial drum, he discovered additional scales tailored to his circumstances, nurturing his outlook on life. These instruments became conduits for mystery, tranquility, introspection, and healing. Pete's dedication to these instruments and their sound healing capabilities is unwavering.

    Pete started his journey as a sound healer right around the pandemic and, in 2022, began offering 1-on-1 private sound healing sessions and group sessions with Handpans. With each scale, he provides unique notes and frequencies to awaken calmness, peace, and whatever else needs to come up within you in a safe environment. Pete is also a professional handpan player and partner with Rav Vast.

  • Holistic Healers and Spiritual Guides

    Alicia and Ryan McNaughton bring a wealth of healing knowledge and spiritual wisdom to their monthly Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremonies at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington.

    Alicia McNaughton, a natural-born empath and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, is highly skilled in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Zen Touch Shiatsu, Tui Na, Energetic Bodywork, Chakra Balancing, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Herbal Healing. A graduate of Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Alicia is also a Certified Clairvoyant Intuitive, Trance Vocal Channel, Psychic Medium, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Shamanic Practitioner. She specializes in helping clients uncover the root causes of challenges, offering healing that clears hidden influences and awakens spiritual abilities. Her work with ley lines and energy vortexes, along with her deep connection to sacred sites around the world, enhances her ability to support planetary and personal healing. Alicia’s sessions often integrate Reiki, sound healing, crystal energy, chakra balancing, and aromatherapy for a deeply relaxing and transformative experience.

    Ryan McNaughton, a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Healer, complements Alicia's healing practice with his own expertise in energy work and sound healing. Together, they co-lead powerful Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremonies that combine sound, spiritual guidance, and deep energy work to help participants align with the lunar energies and unlock new levels of personal healing.

    In addition to their ceremonies, Alicia and Ryan run The Mystical Institute, a school dedicated to connecting and mentoring other healers.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Sound Healer

    Adam Sutherland's journey into mindfulness and meditation began during a pivotal moment in his life. After decades of struggling with depression, he discovered a profound sense of peace by cultivating inner stillness and embracing life's challenges with a beginner’s mind. His exploration into how sound affects the brain and body revealed its power as a meditative focal point, leading him to appreciate the profound role of musical harmony and resonance in promoting balance and well-being.

    Initially, Adam approached healing from a purely practical perspective, but over time, his views have evolved. He now sees himself as a "practical mystic," open to the divine presence in all aspects of life. Both a teacher and a lifelong student, Adam is passionate about sharing the combined benefits of meditation and sound healing to foster a deeper connection to the self and the world around us.

  • Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer

    Meredith Pritchett is a retired healthcare professional whose own journey through chronic illness led her to the healing arts. In 2024, she discovered restorative yoga and sound healing, finding a pathway to calm, balance, and self-discovery.

    Meredith now teaches restorative yoga and facilitates integrated sound-healing sessions using bronze singing bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, and rattles. Her classes offer a sanctuary for slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and experiencing deep restoration.

  • Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner

    Kevin Norris is a sound practitioner and co-owner of Healing Flow Wellness. He works with instruments such as singing bowls, handpans, tongue drum, drums, and gentle percussion to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system settling.

    His sessions blend sound with Reiki, creating a steady, supportive environment for the body and energy system to come back into alignment.

    Kevin found his way to the healing arts through his own health challenges, first exploring yoga and drumming before training in Reiki in 2023 with Vickie Young of Medicine Dream Healing. In 2025, he opened Healing Flow Wellness with his wife, Amy, and later deepened his sound and Reiki practice through mentorship with Amy Hudson at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington.
