This is a space for those who are ready to stop wondering and start walking the path, feeling guided, held, and unhurried.

Through weekly sessions, hands-on practicum experiences, and spiritual mentorship, you'll gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to begin offering sound healing sessions rooted in presence, intuition, and integrity.

The Practice Builder and The Priestess Path are private programs. Start with this workshop to learn more and find the path that's right for you.

FAQs

  • No prior experience is required. Familiarity with holistic wellness or energy work is helpful but not necessary. You'll begin right where you are.

  • The curriculum is the same. The Circle is a small group experience of up to 12 students learning together via weekly live Zoom sessions. The Private Mentorship is entirely one-on-one with Amy, tailored to your pace and path, and available in-person or via Zoom.

  • Yes. The Mentorship Circle is fully virtual. The Private Mentorship, Practice Builder, and Priestess Path are available both in-person in Lexington, KY and via Zoom.

  • The Circle meets Tuesdays at 2pm EST, beginning September 8, 2026. Private sessions are held weekdays between 10am and 3pm EST, arranged together once you're accepted.

  • Instruments are not included, but Amy will guide you in choosing those that feel most aligned with your practice before or during the program.

  • The Private Mentorship includes a Reiki 1 attunement as part of the program. If you're already attuned, bring it up when you apply and Amy will help you find the right fit.

  • You will receive a Reiki 1 attunement if you’re part of The Private Mentorship. This mentorship is designed to prepare you for private practice and is not affiliated with any licensing body or training organization.

The Three Pillars of the Mentorship

  • Ground yourself in the science and spirit of sound.

    • How sound affects the body, brain, and energy field

    • Introduction to core instruments (crystal bowls, drums, voice, etc.)

    • Holding space and creating a healing container

      Practicum: Facilitate a full sound healing session

  • Meet your guides and deepen your spiritual relationship to sound.

    • Working with the Three Worlds (Lower, Upper, and Middle)

    • Shamanic journeying for insight, healing, and guidance

    • Channeling, grounding, and energetic hygiene

      Practicum: Lead a sound-supported shamanic journey

  • Learn the energetic foundation of sound healing.

    • Introduction to Reiki and intuitive healing

    • Basics of the chakras and energy body

    • Ethics and boundaries in healing work

    • Understanding and developing your intuitive gifts

      Final Week: Design your first offering and set your intentions for practice. Private Mentorship students receive their Reiki 1 attunement ceremony this week.

A Personal Note from Amy

When I first began offering sound healing, I was fortunate to have a mentor, a gifted sound healer who helped me begin to trust my own voice. She guided me, held me accountable, and encouraged me to step into my power. Her presence was pivotal.

Along the way, there were others, too—friends, colleagues, and fellow facilitators—who shared moments of insight and encouragement. But much of what I’ve come to know, I learned through trial, error, and intuition. My path has been one of listening deeply, following nudges, and learning to trust the unfolding.

This mentorship wasn’t something I set out to create. It emerged naturally through the conversations I’ve had over the years with those beginning their own spiritual journeys, asking how to start, where to go, and what tools to trust. I've lent a hand and an ear many times. Now, it’s time to offer a dedicated container for that support.

In a world that moves faster than most of us can keep up with, more and more people are awakening to the need for inner alignment and deeper connection. If you feel called to explore sound as a healing art and know you’re here to hold space for others, then this mentorship is here for you.
