What to Expect From a Typical Outreach Session
A standard outreach sound healing experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, though the length can be customized to meet the needs of your group.
A typical session includes:
15 minutes for a brief introduction to sound healing, what to expect, and easing into the experience
45 to 60 minutes of sound bath using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and other resonant tools
15 to 30 minutes to gently return, followed by time for questions about the experience, the instruments used, or general discussion
Participants are encouraged to lie down for the sound bath, as this allows the body to settle more fully. Some participants may choose to remain seated.
Space and Participant Needs
Practitioners require approximately 5’ x 5’ of space, depending on the instruments used
Participants should bring:
A mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket
A pillow
Any additional items that help them feel supported and at ease
A quiet, uninterrupted environment is important for the integrity of the experience.
Important to Know
This offering is not a performance and is not intended to be background music for a social gathering. Sound healing sessions ask for presence and stillness from participants in order to be received fully.
Approach and Values
Sessions are facilitated with care, professionalism, and respect for each individual’s experience. Comfort, choice, and nervous system safety are central to how outreach work is held. Participants are always invited to listen to their bodies and engage in a way that feels supportive to them.
Rates and Planning
Rates vary based on travel distance, number of participants, and total session length. As a general guideline, please plan on $35 per participant. Nonprofit status will be taken into consideration.
Advance planning is appreciated to ensure availability and to allow time to discuss space needs and logistics.

Outreach
Bringing Sound Healing Into the Community
Our Outreach Program is designed to bring sound healing to people where they already gather. These sessions offer a supportive, calming experience that encourages rest, regulation, and presence through sound.
Outreach offerings are well-suited for community-centered spaces that value care, accessibility, and intentional experiences. Sessions are facilitated with attention to comfort, consent, and the nervous system, and are held in a way that is inclusive and grounded.
Who Outreach Sessions Are For
We currently focus our outreach work in the following settings:
Community organizations and nonprofits
Sound healing sessions can support staff, volunteers, or community members by offering a shared space for rest and nervous system reset.
Healthcare, caregiving, and support spaces
These sessions are especially supportive for caregivers, care teams, and individuals who carry ongoing emotional or physical stress.
Schools, libraries, and public programs
Sound baths can be offered as part of wellness programming, enrichment series, or special events open to the public.
We prefer a minimum group size of 10 participants and can accommodate larger groups depending on the size and layout of your space.
