Step into the new year with intention and clarity. In this 2-hour workshop, Danielle Creamer and Amy Hudson guide you through creating a personal Energy Board—a visual map of the energy you want to embody in 2026.

Instead of focusing on goals or “to-do” lists, this experience is about how you want to feel and the energy you want to carry into your life. Through intuitive creative practices, you’ll explore the small steps that build toward your next level of growth.

Once your Energy Board is crafted, Amy and Danielle will lead a sound and Reiki session to help you anchor that energy into your body and spirit. You’ll leave with a tangible reminder of your intentions and the embodied sense of your next chapter already beginning.
