Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative 60-minute Sound Bath led by Amy Hudson of The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, set against the peaceful backdrop of the outdoor pool at sunset (weather permitting).

As the sky shifts and the light softens, float on a pool mattress while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments wash over you. This open-air experience is designed to invite deep relaxation, presence, and peace, just as the day gives way to night.

Please note: In case of inclement weather, the event will move to the indoor pool.
