If you’ve been feeling disconnected or out of sync with yourself, this 90-minute workshop offers a gentle path back home. Tuning In: Mind, Body, Spirit is designed for those who sense something is missing but may not be sure where to begin. No previous experience with sound healing or spirituality is needed—just a willingness to explore.
We’ll begin with a grounded, insightful talk that weaves together neuroscience, psychology, and the relationship between trauma and the body. You’ll learn how disconnection happens, what it means to truly tune in, and how awareness can become a powerful act of self-care.
Throughout the talk, you’ll be guided through three simple journaling prompts to help you integrate what you’re learning and start a conversation with yourself.
The second half of the session includes a guided meditation followed by a 45-minute integrative sound bath with crystal singing bowls to support nervous system regulation and deep inner listening.
This is a space to plant a seed—to reconnect, to reflect, and to remember that you belong to yourself.
