Sound Bath at Urban Sweat

Hosted at Urban Sweat | Lexington, KY

Choose Your Environment. Same Intentional Sound Experience.

In this special collaboration, you’ll experience a guided sound bath while immersed in one of Urban Sweat’s wellness environments.

This is not a traditional group setting. Each option offers a different sensory container, but the sound journey remains the same: steady, intentional, and designed to help your body settle.

You’ll be guided into stillness while live sound supports deep rest, focus, and recalibration. Whether you choose warmth, light, or a classic mat setup, you are stepping into a contained space where your only job is to lie back and receive.

Choose Your Experience

Infrared Sauna Pod (Private | Heated)
A private infrared sauna pod with adjustable temperature. Heat softens the body, increases circulation, and often allows tension to release more quickly.
• Wear shorts and a sports bra or bathing suit
• No metal pieces
• Skin free of lotions and makeup
• Hydrate well before and after

Tandem Infrared Sauna Pod (Shared | Heated)
Share a sauna pod with a friend in a private heated room. Ideal if you want a communal experience while still contained in warmth.
• Same clothing guidelines as above
• Email Urban Sweat with the second guest’s name, email, and phone number after booking

Red Light Therapy (Unheated)
Lie beneath a red light therapy lamp during the sound bath. This option offers a focused, light-based environment without heat.
• Wear shorts and a sports bra or T-shirt
• Skin free of lotions and makeup

Unheated Mat Option (Lobby Setting)
A more traditional sound bath format on a mat in Urban Sweat’s lobby space.
• Bring a mat
• Bring a blanket, pillow, or eye mask for comfort

All reservations are handled directly through Urban Sweat. Space is limited, and each option has a set capacity.
