Sound Healing Fundamentals: A Hands-On Workshop

From there, we’ll shift into hands-on learning. You’ll practice playing crystal singing bowls, discover techniques for creating resonance and flow, and build confidence using sound as a tool for relaxation and alignment. The workshop will close with a co-created group sound healing.
