The Wild Voice with Sarah Smitha

  • The Sound Healing Center of Lexington 333 East Short Street, Suite 320 Lexington United States (map)

A somatic vocal healing experience with Sarah Smitha of WolfByrd

Your voice has always known things your mind tries to manage.

The Wild Voice is an experiential workshop that explores the deep connection between voice, nervous system, emotional expression, and authentic selfhood. Through humming, toning, breathwork, movement, and guided sound exploration, you'll gently reconnect with the voice that lives beneath anxiety, masking, perfectionism, and the fear of being "too much."

This is not about singing beautifully. It is about sounding honestly.

Together, we'll explore:

  • Nervous system regulation through sound

  • Voice as a tool for emotional release

  • Authentic expression and self-connection

  • Co-regulation through collective vocalization

  • Reclaiming your body's natural resonance

No performance. No judgment. No singing experience required.

About Sarah Smitha

Sarah Smitha is a certified vocal sound healer and the founder of WolfByrd, where she guides people in using the voice as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and self-connection. Her work specializes in healing patterns related to anxious attachment, and her workshops are deeply embodied and experiential. The name WolfByrd reflects the full spectrum of the human voice: the bird's song of joy and beauty, and the wolf's howl that gives sound to fear, longing, and grief. Sarah offers participants practical vocal tools they can take into everyday life for grounding, self-soothing, and emotional resilience.
