Creative Sound: A Gratitude Jar + Sound Healing Workshop
Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM
As the year winds down toward the darker months, there's something grounding about pausing to name what we're grateful for and giving that gratitude a physical form. This workshop, led by Meredith Pritchett, pairs two practices that complement each other beautifully: hands-on creativity and deep, receptive sound.
We'll start the evening together making gratitude jars, small vessels to hold what you're carrying gratitude for right now. There's no right way to do it. Some people write single words on slips of paper, others tuck in photos or small objects that hold meaning. All you need is a little time and openness; every material is provided. It's a slower kind of making, the kind that lets your mind wander toward what you actually value this season.
From there, we'll set our jars aside and settle in for an hour of immersive sound healing. Singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more will carry the room somewhere slower. You don't need to do anything during this part except let yourself receive it. Lie back, breathe, and be.
This gathering is intentionally small, capped at 8 people, so there's space to create, connect, and settle into the experience without rushing. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the evening.
If you feel called to close out the season this way, we'd love to have you.
The evening includes:
1 hour of creative gratitude jar making
1 hour of sound healing
All creative supplies provided
Snacks & drinks provided
An intimate group experience, limited to 8 people
What to bring:
If you'd like, feel free to bring a photo or small object that holds meaning for you, something you'd want to include in your jar. This is optional; plenty of supplies will be on hand either way.
